USA hotel Calls2Account has dramatically expanded its international footprint over the past 18 months and we continue to attract new clients in new countries on a regular basis.

Our Sales and Marketing Director, Ian Perkins, is on the road again, this time he is attending the “Automotive Customer Centricity Summit” in Marina Del Rey, California.

To the untrained eye, this looks just like just a great excuse for Ian to enjoy the Californian sunshine. But we managed to catch a fleeting glimpse of him in the office the other day, and took the opportunity to ask him about the Summit “This is a really good event that has great content. TrackBack is all about customer centricity. Last year there was a lot of interest in the TrackBack platform and as we will be going live in the USA in the next few months this is a great opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the market, meet more of the key players and catch-up with our existing clients and contacts.”
