TrackBack is celebrating having tracked its five millionth lead through its unique lead-tracking platform.
Established in 2005, TrackBack has expanded rapidly in recent years as more vehicle manufacturers monitor CRM leads passed to their franchised network using TrackBack’s lead management platform. Using TrackBack, vehicle manufacturers can objectively measure how many sales leads are followed-up by their dealers, and how quickly they respond to them. Quicker response times improves customer satisfaction and increases sales opportunities for dealers.

They processed the latest one million leads within the last five months alone, demonstrating the increasing popularity of the TrackBack service. This growth is supported by offices in London and Singapore with a third office planned to open in North America.
