At this time of year, it is important to look back on what happened in 2014 and where 2015 will take us.

2014 was a big year for us at Calls2Account. TrackBack, our lead follow-up tracking system, is now live in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Portugal Austria and Denmark as well as the 7 countries that we already supported in 2013. We also tracked our 2 millionth lead and significantly grew our client base. Our industry benchmark reporting for TrackBack now includes 29 combinations of brands and markets.

We also expanded our Technical Centre in Southampton, recruiting more staff and expanding our office space to accommodate them in the Southampton University Science Park. Similarly we moved our London base from Twickenham to Teddington into a much larger and, it has to be said, smarter office to accommodate our fast growing Account Management and Customer Support teams.

But 2015 looks to be even more exciting. In January we will be opening a subsidiary in Singapore which will support our new AsiaPac clients. By the end of May we will be live with TrackBack in Greece, South Africa, 9 countries in the Middle East, India, Thailand and Indonesia.

In Quarter 2 we will be introducing a major new product – TrackBack.Email. Clients will be able to track Dealers e-mail communication with sales leads as well as their telephone follow-up. This will create even greater transparency in the communication process and fill that need for OEMs to be able to track the follow-up to leads that have not provided a telephone number or have requested not to be called. We estimate that accounts for approximately 40% of all OEM leads.

2015 is also likely to see our first venture into the huge North American market.

In order to support all of this growth our recruitment continues, especially in the Technical Centre where the demands of our clients, the rapid changes in technology and our own innovation and product development are creating dynamic and exciting job opportunities.

Increasingly we are being asked to present at conferences and 2015 will also see us attending, speaking at and in some cases sponsoring industry gatherings where lead management and lead follow-up are in focus.

So…..I’d better get cracking, there is a lot to do!
