Calls2Account have been working with Triumph on measuring, benchmarking and improving the telephone activity of their Dealers on inbound calls for a while. The introduction of TrackBack has extended this focus and allows Triumph to track the outbound calls Dealers make to centrally provided leads.

The transparency TrackBack delivers for both manufacturer and Dealers has resulted in a dramatic improvement in the volume, speed and quality of lead follow-up of leads.
