tb former c2a 2The eagle-eyed will have spotted that we have dropped the name Calls2Account in favour of TrackBack© and we now have a new website featuring this name. There are several reasons why we made this decision:

  1. All of our products operate on the TrackBack© Platform which substitutes direct contact details with trackable versions.
  2. We will shortly be launching TrackBack.Email. So it’s no longer just about tracking calls. We believe about 40% of the leads our clients pass to their dealers for follow-up do not include a phone number. Those leads still need fast high quality follow-up which we will also be able to track.
  3. Calls2Account is the original name we used for the inbound call tracking product we sell to car dealers in the UK – especially dealer groups. TrackBack.Inbound is the international version of this product which we provide to car manufacturers to track calls originating from their websites.
  4. We believe in focus. TrackBack© is the best system of its kind in the world because it’s all we do. All our R & D is channelled into improving the performance and reliability of the platform and its add-ons. That focus is now reflected in our trading name so staff and customers alike can clearly recognise what we do, and why.

Our new website address is www.TrackBack.net. The old email addresses using calls2account.com still work (as do 10act.com), but from now on all our staff will be using their trackback.net address. We hope this doesn’t cause any difficulties and we thank you for your understanding. Any comments would of course be gratefully received.
