TrackBack is proud to announce it has won prestigious Queen’s Awards for both Innovation and International Trade. It is rare for a company to win both awards in the same year, but TrackBack is no ordinary company. Today it operates in over 20 countries and 16 languages for clients such as Fiat, Vauxhall, Opel, Peugeot, Citroen, Mercedes, Suzuki and Hyundai to help them discover if, and when, their dealers have contacted their sales leads.

The Queen’s Award for Innovation

The Queen’s Award for Innovation is awarded for the ground-breaking TrackBack service, which has dramatically improved the visibility of how well leads are followed up for our OEM clients and their dealers. It has helped them jointly implement improvements, that make them more competitive and improve the service they give to customers.

The Queen’s Award for International Trade

TrackBack wins the Queen’s Award for International Trade for Outstanding Short Term Growth in overseas sales over the last three years. Overseas revenue has grown from 26% of overall revenue in 2013 to 60% of overall revenue in 2015, demonstrating the growing appeal of the TrackBack service globally.

Jerry Horwood, the founder of TrackBack, commented “Ten years ago I realised the car industry had a need for communication transparency. You can only improve what you can measure. But the idea for TrackBack couldn’t happen without an amazing team constantly refining our unique technology to provide extraordinary levels of insight and reliability. Today that team has been recognised for its achievement by receiving the highest business honour the UK can bestow. I’m extremely proud of their skill, passion and sheer hard-work, and I’m equally proud of the difference they are making to customer satisfaction and profitability for so many clients in so many countries.”
