Our Experience

 

10ACT Ltd, trading as TrackBack®, was founded in November 2005. The company’s original objective was to develop a system to track where dealers’ advertising enquiries were coming from. We quickly became established as one of the UK’s leading provider of call tracking services for the car industry.

In 2006, we invented TrackBack®. This unique system tracks calls made by dealers in response to leads provided to them by their manufacturers – a source of historic contention between them:- one believing their leads were being ignored, the other believing them not to be worth following up.

In 2009 the company developed their Sales Call Analysis (TrackBack.Scan) service. It had become apparent that customers not only required the metrics of calls made to and from them to be analysed, but also their content. Car manufacturers were also able to use TrackBack.Scan to replace aspects of their costly and often ineffective mystery shopping programmes by analysing actual sales calls.

As car manufacturers and dealer groups requested increasing sophistication and ease of use in viewing the aggregated data that we could reveal about their dealers’ call activity, a comprehensive reporting suite evolved which became known as NetworkInsight.

Due to growing demand for our services, and in particular our unique TrackBack® platform, in Q1 2013 the company upgraded all of its telecommunication infra-structure in order to expand its operations in the UK and internationally.

The company currently operates from 3 offices – a Technical Centre in Southampton, an Administrative Headquarters in Teddington, West London and in 2015 we opened an office in Singapore to offer local support to our APAC clients.
