Kia Spain has always understood the value of fast and effective OEM sales lead conversion. With a focus on improving their automotive lead conversion rate, several of its larger dealerships already employ dedicated lead follow-up staff to great effect. Kia Spain recognised the need for an additional solution to help maximise conversion of leads into showroom visits – and sales – across their entire dealership network.
With substantial customer feedback confirming that a more personal and direct approach is the most effective, Kia Spain wanted to prioritise dealership follow-up of leads by phone to maximise customer engagement. Based on our established industry expertise and increasing successes in a range of mainland European automotive markets, TrackBack was approached to create an initial, proof-of-concept pilot project.
The three-month pilot project includes seventeen Kia dealerships throughout the country and includes our TrackBack Calls and TrackBack Network Insight products. The pilot project will enable both Kia Spain head office and the dealerships to fully evaluate TrackBack ahead of a planned nationwide rollout across their entire dealer network.
