With the continuing increase in digital leads and focus on responding to leads in a timely manner, Suzuki Belux has partnered with TrackBack to ensure that enquiries receive a timely response from their local dealer.
TrackBack has been rolled out across the entire dealer network in both Belgium and Luxembourg, and being fully integrated with Suzuki’s lead management system, TrackBack will speed up the time taken to respond to customer enquiries.
