In 2009, we onboarded our first client, and the business quickly expanded into a global operation.
However, the company's culture was not ideal. Communication between offices was poor, and the rapid growth proved unsustainable.

In 2017, TrackBack faced a significant setback, losing a large amount of business in a short period. Although the infrastructure was in place, the business wasn't. Tough decisions were made, and offices were closed to prevent further losses.
Then Covid hit, which forced us to improve communication at all levels. This gave everyone a clearer understanding of the business, and engagement with all areas of the company increased.
A Shift in Culture: How We Became More Agile and Client-Focused
Despite the adversity, we grew stronger. We adopted a flatter hierarchy and focused on delivering for our clients, being flexible, and developing genuine relationships. We learned to adapt to clients' unique needs instead of pushing them in a single direction. This shift in approach has shaped our company culture.
We didn’t dictate this culture; it evolved naturally. There were no posters, no buzzwords - just genuine growth and learning through experience.
TrackBack’s Most Successful Year Yet: Achievements and Growth in 2024
We are now in the strongest position we've ever been.
Building the business and shaping its culture has been a labour of love over the past few years. 2024 has been our most successful year yet.
Financially, we’ve had our best year, but there are other achievements too. Our client relationships have never been stronger, and our client risk is at its lowest. Staff attrition for 2024 was zero, and our pipeline has never looked healthier.
We’re poised for 33% growth in 2025 and expect further significant expansion in 2026.
Onboarding Clients Faster: A Remarkable Achievement
Despite the challenges, we've made huge strides in how we bring clients on board. What used to take us three months to do for just one client, we’re now doing for 26 clients in just a few weeks. It’s an amazing achievement and really shows how far we’ve come.
Our technology is flexible, our team is experienced, and we work closely with clients to deliver on time.
Exciting Growth Ahead: What’s Next for TrackBack in 2025 and Beyond
So, what does next year hold in store?
In 2025, we’ll double our Scan capacity to support ten new projects.
This year, TrackBack processed 1.1 million leads. In 2025, that number will rise to 2 million, and in 2026, we anticipate at least 2.5million - potentially up to 4.5 million if all pipeline clients convert.
Our People: The Heart of TrackBack’s Success
To support this growth, we are busy building systems that are both scalable and cost-effective. Our core staff will grow by around 30% by mid-2025. We know this is a crucial aspect because our company is built on having the right people.
The success of our company lies in the people who maintain our culture. As we continue to soar, we must remember the lessons of the past.
