Already active in nine European countries, Ford of Europe continues to expand the rollout of TrackBack lead follow up technology across a total of 19 European markets.

Following an initial pilot phase, Ford of Europe chose to implement TrackBack to ensure that their customers throughout Europe receive the best possible car buying experience. Starting with Ford France and Ford Italy, TrackBack calls, email and dealer insight solutions are now also fully operational in Norway, Finland, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Romania and Ireland. 2023 will see further expansion with an additional six markets going live.

The TrackBack solution enables Ford and their dealers to drive enhanced customer engagement and sales lead conversion. Both now have much greater clarity of the sales lead journey and can objectively measure and benchmark their performance. Easy access to real-time lead follow up activity reporting alongside a product that is fully integrated into the Ford CRM and Lead Management systems provides Ford of Europe, each market, and the dealers with a solution that assures them that all sales leads are fully optimised.
