Sales Director Ian Perkins has joined CRM and Marketing Managers from the Automotive Industry at a conference held by Sophus. The event at the Blue Finn building in London titled “Shaping the Customers Digital Journey” focusses on the digital journey of prospects and customers, from initial enquiry through to sale.

We have been invited to the conference as TrackBack is the market leader in closing the gap between manufacturers and their dealers, as the faster the sales call is made the better the result. TrackBack integrates with existing lead management systems to prove if follow-up calls were attempted, when contact was made, what was the result, and who made the calls.  Already in use with a number of car manufacturers across Europe, the software is vital for ensuring every potential lead is maximised.
