FiatWe are delighted to announce, that as part of our continued work with Fiat, France is the latest country to go live with TrackBack to measure and increase the lead follow-up rates of their dealer network.

With annual new car sales of 1.1 million units France is one of the largest new car markets in Europe. Fiat are looking to improve their market share within the French market through effective sales lead follow-up and like Italy they will be utilising TrackBack to help achieve their targets.

The system went live on Tuesday 27th August 2013 having gone through successful testing and pilot phases.
